"My original goal was to lose 10lbs and get "back in shape". John challenged me to push myself to "be epic". I'm not sure what I expected when I started training for the stage. Although I was hopeful and wanted to place, I'm not sure that I actually believed I could until we got closer to game day. With John's help, I pushed myself harder than I ever have. He gave me the support I needed and was patient with me when I lost motivation. John Robinson is a veteran fitness coach with over 22 years of medical and operational experience in the U.S. Navy. With dual master’s degrees and multiple ISSA certifications, John brings a mission-driven, evidence-based approach to coaching clients who want sustainable physique and performance results.
As a competitive Men’s Physique athlete and experienced competition prep coach, John helps clients build strength, confidence, and long-term habits that improve quality of life.
